We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Final sale items (if applicable)
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@coastalgardens.shop with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect on your account.
Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or item? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
